About Angie Maroevich

A long time Marin resident for 40+ years, Angie has spent decades living and working in Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area. With deep roots in the area, she is well connected, and can tell you the inside scoop for many of Marin's towns, including schools, and best places to eat, shop, and hike.  

Angie graduated with honors from Chico State University, earning a Bachelor's degree, with a double major in Business Finance and International Business.  She was a student athlete, competing in soccer, cross-country, and track & field.  In winter, she was on Chico's Alpine Ski Team, competing in Slalom and GS, while living and teaching skiing in the Lake Tahoe area.

When not working, you might find her enjoying some outdoor adventures- from rafting to zip lining, swimming, skiing or hiking/camping- and spending time with her husband and 3 children.

A Contractor's Daughter…

Angie has been around construction her whole life, with a toolbelt always nearby. Her father was a businessman for many years, and eventually turned to doing what he loved most- building and designing houses.  As a licensed contractor and architect, he was always working on various projects, or remodeling some part of the family home…and mom- a consummate gardener and talented painter/designer (together they were quite the duo!).  Naturally, this love of home architecture and design rubbed off on Angie, and she enjoys helping her clients prepare their homes for sale.

As a former World Class Duathlon competitor, and Captain of the San Francisco Nighthawks women's soccer team in the semi-pro WPSL, Angie truly understands the meaning of hard work, perseverance, and the commitment required to achieve success. Her real estate experience combined with her business background as an entrepreneur for 10 years, plus 10 years in Sales/Management for a Fortune 500 company, Angie has the business savvy necessary to negotiate your next real estate sale.
